If you wish to register your child with us please  complete a registration form and return it to us together with the registration fee.

If you have visited the Nursery you would have been given a registration form along with our prospectus, alternative you can print out a copy where indicated below.

Just before you child begins Nursery we will require you to fill out an enrolment form and a medical form both of which are also available below.
